Our Licensing Terms:

• We grant licenses to use the Analigner Methodology on an annual basis.

• License fees will not increase within the first ten years of a license.

• After ten years of unbroken licensing, the annual fee will fall to zero.

• Licenses with zero fees will automatically renew on a perpetual basis at the end of each year.

• Licensing terms are granted on an individual basis in order to meet the specific needs of license holders and us.

• Any breach of mutually agreed licensing terms will result in cancellation of an existing license, without a refund of fees.

• The terms and fees of licenses can be changed at any time through mutual agreement.

Our Licensing Fees:

The annual license fee is based on the staff count of the holder's business:

• 1 - 10 £200

• 11 - 20 £400

• 21 - 50 £800

• 51 - 100 £1,600

• 101 - 500 £3,200

• 501 - 1000 £6,400

• 1001 + £12,800
