Analigner Modelling Language (AML™):

The Analigner modelling language is a generic language for describing the content of specific domains, in terms of:

  • The life cycle if any, of content of each type, for example Vehicle can be in an On-Road or Off-Road state,

  • The rules that govern activity focused on content of each type, and the order in which they are applied, for example Vehicle Licensing requires a valid MOT Certificate for Private Car over 4 years old,

  • The context within which domain activity takes place, such as Domain Security, or Project Management,

  • and much more...

  • The links between domains, such as one domain contains another, or reuses the discrete content of another, for example Domain Modelling contains Domain Description, or Accounting reuses Arithmetic,

  • The types of part or link between parts contained within a given domain, for example Private Car in Vehicle Registration,

  • One content of a type may contain, generalise, possess, or depend on content of another type, for example Vehicle generalises Private Car,

  • The attributes, identifiers and focused activity that may belong to each type of content, for example Vehicle has Date Registered,
