Analigner - The Essence of:

The content of the figure below depicts the essence of our methodology, without which it would not exist or be what it is.

Where:

  • Analigner is a methodology for modelling domains, spheres of knowledge or activity.

  • A model is a simplified description of a domain.

  • Domain Description reuses generic, specific, or contextual knowledge of domains to produce Descriptive Domain Models, a knowledge acquisition activity.

  • Contextual models describe the circumstances within which domain modelling takes place, for example domain security or project management.

  • Model Codification organises descriptive model content into codified models, which contain the computer software and databases needed to support activity in the chosen domain.

  • Model Deployment brings or moves codified models into position, where they can be safely and successfully executed for testing or operational purposes.

  • Model Execution runs an executable model in support of identified participants in the chosed domain.

  • Model Codification, Deployment and Execution are knowledge application activities, and also knowledge acquisition activities in modern Computing.
